The main treatment processes are: regulating tank → oil separation tank → flotation tank → aeration tank. The water treatment of this refinery is running normally and the treatment effect is very good. But sometimes the source of crude oil in the refinery will be different, resulting in changes in the composition of wastewater. Some of these toxic substances will reduce the viability of microorganisms, reduce the ability of microorganisms to degrade organic matter, and the sedimentation performance of microorganisms will also deteriorate. Gradually decrease, the effluent COD and other indicators increase, and the water quality is turbid. 2. Governance plan uses Weibang products for governance. Since May 2005, we have maintained the wastewater treatment process. We use micro-bond products (based on 2 grams per cubic meter of water) every day and directly add them to the water inlet of the aeration tank for a week. 3.
