Abstract: The moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) is used to purify simulated aquaculture wastewater. The results show that MBBR has a good effect in purifying simulated aquaculture wastewater. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 8h, and the DO is 2.0 ~ 3.0mg ¡¤ L-1 Under the conditions of rapid reactor start-up and stable operation, the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen can reach more than 80%, and the removal rate of TP can reach about 50%; the organic load is (0.76 ¡À 0.03) kg ¡¤ m-3 ¡¤ d-1 TN and ammonia nitrogen removal effect is the best, with removal rates of 71.73% and 98.42% respectively. To achieve good TN removal effect, the organic load should not be lower than 0.5kg ¡¤ m-3 ¡¤ d-1; DO is (3.00 ¡À 0.25 ) At mg ¡¤ L-1, the removal effect of TN is the best, which is most conducive to simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. In order to maintain a high ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency and reduce the accumulation of nitrite nitrogen, the DO concentration should not be lower than 2.0mg ¡¤ L- 1; If HRT is too short, ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency will decrease, and nitrite nitrogen accumulation may occur. Using sequential batch water inlet operation mode, the removal effect of TP is better than continuous water inlet mode, but it will appear in the second half of the operating cycle. Accumulation of nitros nitrogen, which is harmful to fish.
